Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Junior Bulldogs
1. The season registration deposit fee is a non-refundable $250 payment at the completion of this registration. 2. Crossbar charges a 2% processing fee on all credit/debit card transactions. If you pay via bank account there is no processing fee. 3. You will be asked if you want to purchase insurance to cover this registration. This is something that Crossbar offers and is not associated with the Pittsburgh Aviators Hockey Association. It also does not cover any season tuition, a separate insurance option will be offered by Crossbar for season invoices.
Pittsburgh Aviators
1. The tryout registration fee is a non-refundable $175 payment at the completion of this registration. 2. Crossbar charges a 2% processing fee on all credit/debit card transactions. If you pay via bank account there is no processing fee. 3. You will be asked if you want to purchase insurance to cover this registration. This is something that Crossbar offers and is not associated with the Pittsburgh Aviators Hockey Association. It also does not cover any season tuition, a separate insurance option will be offered by Crossbar for season invoices. 4. By registering for tryouts you agree to the Pittsburgh Aviators Hockey Association charging your account on file for a $500 commitment fee should your player be offered a roster position on a 2024-25 Pittsburgh Aviators team. Once notified you will have 24 hours to accept or decline the roster position. More information on accepting or declining a position will be included in any offer. 5. After 24 hours your player will be committed and your account will be charged. Once charged the commitment fee becomes nonrefundable even if your player later declines a roster position. Commitment fees and tryout fees will be applied to your player's tuition account for the 2024-25 season. 6. A USA Hockey Number for 2023–24 is required at tryout check in. Please bring a paper copy of your player’s USA Hockey Number registration. YOUR PLAYER WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE ICE WITHOUT IT.
